Our group fitness sessions are designed to maximise results in minimal time. Each 45-minute class includes:

  • Warm-Up: Prepare your body with dynamic stretches and activation exercises.
  • Full-Body Training: Strengthen, tone, and build endurance with a mix of bodyweight, resistance, and cardio exercises.
  • Cool-Down & Recovery: Light stretching to promote recovery and reduce injury risk.

All you need to do:

  • Book Your Class: Select your date and time above.
  • Fill Out Your Info: We’ll ask a few quick questions to get to know your fitness goals and experience.
  • Grab Your Workout Gear: Bring comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. Please note whilst we can supply exercise mats we highly recommend you bring your own
  • Show Up & Have Fun: We’ll meet you in the park, ready to go!

Sandro has been very flexible and patient with myself and my daughter giving us a personalised program and working around our busy schedules. As a single full time parent I don't have much time for myself. I find that Sandro is great a accommodating he's availablity with this in mind and I have also found that Sandro really believes that the sky is the limit when it comes to fitness but also keeps me focused and always wanting to push myself more. I have now lost 43kg and playing ice hockey and I would highly recommend Sandro 10/10 give him a go you won't regret it

Sandro is professional and very gifted at what he does.
