Our group fitness sessions are designed to maximise results in minimal time. Each 45-minute class includes:
- Warm-Up: Prepare your body with dynamic stretches and activation exercises.
- Full-Body Training: Strengthen, tone, and build endurance with a mix of bodyweight, resistance, and cardio exercises.
- Cool-Down & Recovery: Light stretching to promote recovery and reduce injury risk.
All you need to do:
- Book Your Class: Select your date and time above.
- Fill Out Your Info: We’ll ask a few quick questions to get to know your fitness goals and experience.
- Grab Your Workout Gear: Bring comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. Please note whilst we can supply exercise mats we highly recommend you bring your own
- Show Up & Have Fun: We’ll meet you in the park, ready to go!
