Sandro has been very flexible and patient with myself and my daughter giving us a personalised program and working around our busy schedules. As a single full time parent I don't have much time for myself. I find that Sandro is great a accommodating he's availablity with this in mind and I have also found that Sandro really believes that the sky is the limit when it comes to fitness but also keeps me focused and always wanting to push myself more. I have now lost 43kg and playing ice hockey and I would highly recommend Sandro 10/10 give him a go you won't regret it
